We love eggs and just about everything to do with eggs.  Eggs are delicious as well as nutritious. One eggs contain about 6 grams of protein and is a great source of vitamins A, E, and K! Eggs also contain a range of B vitamins, such as B12, riboflavin, and folic acid. Eggs also contain all eight essential amino acids.

There are so many ways to prepare cheap meals with eggs. Start with 2 fresh eggs and a frying pan, and have a satisfying egg lunch or dinner for cheap.
