Scrambled Eggs with Ham and Cheese
Sometimes breakfast isn’t breakfast without a plate of scrambled eggs with ham and cheese!
If you have an EGG-LOVIN family like we do, mix it up! Instead of just plain old scramble eggs, add a little ham and Dijon mustard for some breakfast excitement.
Don’t forget your buttered toast and a big glass of freshly squeezed orange juice to go with this delicious plate of ham and cheese eggs.

What Eggs to Buy for an Omelet?
We always buy organic eggs and typically stick to one trusted brand. You can read more about what eggs to buy here. Some egg brands have gotten a bad rap in the past so we always stick to a trusted brand even if they are slightly more in price.
Best Ham for Scrambled Eggs?
We love the Sugardale diced ham that comes in a resealable package. This ham will keep pretty long in the refrigerator and there are many ways to use this delicious and convenient ham. You could also use any leftover ham and just cut it into small bits.

EGG TIPS:
- Always crack your eggs into a bowl and never into the pan.
- When eggs are done cooking to your liking, remove from the heat and get them quickly on a plate to prevent them from further cooking.
- When cooking scrambled eggs, remember to keep the heat on low to prevent cooking too fast. This keeps the eggs nice and creamy.
Always use A Good Non-Stick Pan for the Best Eggs
When making scrambled eggs, the pan you use is important, so the eggs don’t stick to the pan. Non-stick pans wear out and a heavily used one should be replaced every few years. Our pick for a great pan is the Blue Diamond Ceramic Nonstick 10″ Frying Pan Skillet, PFAS-Free, Oven and Dishwasher Safe. Find out more here —> https://amzn.to/3DvrWFV
