You will need just 4 things to make your delicious, healthy and fat free eggs –
- Olive Oil Non Stick Cooking Spray
- Egg Poacher Pan
Step 1. Spray each cup with a light spray of your favorite cooking spray. Also add a few drops of oil as well if you would like but it’s not necessary.
Step 2. Break the eggs into the non-stick cups. Lightly salt and pepper the eggs.
Step 3. Put a couple of inches of water in the pan and bring to a light boil.
Step 4. Cover with the lid and let this cook for about 1 minute.
Step 5. Turn the heat off, but leave the egg pan on the burner. Let the steam gently cook
the eggs for about 3-4 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking..
Step 6. Using a spoon, gently spoon around the sides and underneath the cooked eggs until they are easy to lift out. Have your plate nearby because eggs can be a bit slippery.
Of all the methods we have used to poach eggs, this method is the best. The eggs are never watery or broken apart, and they are easy to store if you want to take them to work or have a few the next day.
