- Lettuce leaves – any lettuce leaves will work
- Deli chicken breast – or use turkey or ham slices
- American cheese – can easily substitute Swiss or Mozzarella sliced cheese
- Cooked bacon
- Fresh tomato – the fresher the better
How to Make a Club Sandwich:
- Cook the bacon until crispy. Lay bacon on a paper towel to drain.
- Toast the 3 slices of white bread until golden brown and crispy.
- Spread a layer of mayonnaise on one side of each of the toasted bread slices.
- Place a lettuce leaf on top of the mayonnaise on one of the bread slices.
- Add deli chicken breast slices (1-2 per slice) on top of the lettuce.
