Healthy and Delicious Dinner of Chili with Ground Turkey and Black Beans
- 1 lb. 94% lean ground turkey
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 15 oz. can of tomato sauce
- 2 15 oz. cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth or water
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

In a large skillet or soup pan, brown ground turkey in olive oil along with the onions and garlic.
