Delicious Holiday Dish of Baked Corn Casserole
- 1 15 oz. can of yellow corn, drained
- 1 15 oz. can of creamed corn
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 8.5 oz. box of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix

Add the cans of corn and creamed corn into a large bowl.

Add the sour cream.

Pour in the melted butter.

Then add the corn muffin mix.

Time to add the cheddar cheese.

Mix well. Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray.

Add mixture to your oven safe dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350.

Instructions:
Mix the ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into a casserole dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 (15 oz.) can of yellow corn

Box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Mix the 2 cans of corn together in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Once ingredients are mixed just pop in the oven for 45 minutes. Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray and pour corn mixture into casserole dish.
Warm and yummy right out of the oven. Serve and Enjoy!
