Simple Corn Soufflé with Only 5 Ingredients

We love this easy Thanksgiving or Christmas baked corn casserole dish that should be a staple recipe on every holiday table! So easy to mix and pop in the oven.

Just 5 simple ingredients makes up this iconic dish that even the most novice cook can turn out beautifully. No one will be disappointed when this corn recipe shows up at the table, so make this recipe a part of your holiday traditions!

Delicious Holiday Dish of Baked Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz. can of yellow corn, drained
  • 1 15 oz. can of creamed corn
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 8.5 oz. box of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
Instructions
  1. Add the cans of corn and creamed corn into a large bowl.

  2. Add the sour cream.
  3. Pour in the melted butter.
  4. Then add the corn muffin mix.
  5. Time to add the cheddar cheese.
  6. Mix well. Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray.

  7. Add mixture to your oven safe dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350.

  8. Serve & enjoy!

Instructions:

Mix the ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into a casserole dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.

Corn Souffle Ingredients

Ingredients:

1  (15 oz.) can of yellow corn
1 (15 oz.) can of creamed corn
Sour cream
Butter
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

2 corns mixed

Mix the 2 cans of corn together in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

Once ingredients are mixed just pop in the oven for 45 minutes. Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray and pour corn mixture into casserole dish.
