Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can of yellow corn, drained
  • 1 15 oz. can of creamed corn
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 8.5 oz. box of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Add the cans of corn and creamed corn into a large bowl.

  2. Add the sour cream.
  3. Pour in the melted butter.
  4. Then add the corn muffin mix.
  5. Time to add the cheddar cheese.
  6. Mix well. Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray.

  7. Add mixture to your oven safe dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350.

  8. Serve & enjoy!
