  • Spread a layer of mayonnaise on one side of each of the toasted bread slices.
  • Place a lettuce leaf on top of the mayonnaise on one of the bread slices.
  • Add deli chicken breast slices (1-2 per slice) on top of the lettuce.
  • Place American cheese slices (1 per slice) over the chicken.
  • Layer with cooked bacon slices (2 per slice) and then tomato slices.
  • Place the 2nd piece of bread on top of the tomato and bacon slices and repeat the layers of lettuce, meat, cheese, bacon and tomatoes.
  • Add the 3rd piece of bread to the top and press the sandwiches together gently to secure the layers.
  • Cut the sandwiches diagonally for serving.

Only a few simple ingredients are needed to make an awesome club sandwich.

The club sandwich is all about layering your ingredients on slices of toasted bread.

The second layer of the sandwich is the same as the first layer.  Make sure to use lots of mayonnaise.  We also like to use just a little salt and pepper on the lettuce to add flavor.

Once the second layer of the sandwich is complete, you could add a little more salt and pepper to the fresh tomato slices.

And there you have it!  Our delicious step-by-step on how to make the perfect chicken club sandwich with lots of yummy bacon, lettuce tomato and mayonnaise.
