What Ingredients are Needed for Tuna Scrambled Egg:

- Milk – we use whole milk
- Tuna Fish – Starkist 2.6 oz. pouch
- Shredded Cheese – shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
- Salt & Pepper
How to Make Scrambled Eggs with Tuna Fish:
This recipe is simple to double if you want to make 2 servings.
- Gather 3-4 eggs and crack gently into a medium-sized bowl.
- Add milk and a little salt & pepper – whip eggs lightly using a fork.
- Sitr in the tuna fish (or canned salmon) if you prefer.
- Melt butter in a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and turn the heat to medium.
- Using a spatula, push the cooking egg mixture around the skillet (add the cheese just after the eggs start to set) and continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
- Add additional cheese on top to serve.
