What Type of Sausage to Use in Kale with Sausage?

chicken-sausage

We always have a package of Aidells Smoked Chicken Sausage on hand to perk up vegetables and give them just a little bit of added flavor.  You don’t need a lot of sausage, one link works fine and gives the dish enough flavor without a ton of calories.

What Type of Apple to Use for This Yummy Kale Recipe?

Use a green granny smith apple. Granny Smith apples have a ton of antioxidants and a nice tart taste that works well with the kale and sausage.
