How to Sauté Frozen Green Beans
By adding a little bit of chicken broth to the skillet, this allows frozen green beans to thaw quickly from the steam. The green beans are then ready to sauté in oil.
Don’t forget to salt and pepper the green beans as they cook.
Sauté the green beans and then push them over to the side of the pan to add the garlic and grated ginger. Add a little additional oil if necessary.
Add a couple teaspoons of soy sauce to enhance the flavors of the garlic and ginger. A little bit goes a long way when you are adding soy sauce. We always use Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce in our recipes.
