Scrambled Eggs on Cinnamon Toast – How to Make the Best Cinnamon Toast!
One of our old favorites is a simple cinnamon toast with lots of butter, sugar and cinnamon. Take that delicious toast and add fluffy scrambled eggs, and you have yourself a treat!
These cinnamon sugary eggs are delicious for breakfast or even a brunch-style lunch.
What you Need to Make These Scrambled Eggs on Toast –
- 2 slices of white bread
- 1 tablespoon of butter, divided
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 fresh eggs
- 1/2 tablespoon milk
- salt & pepper
Crack the eggs into a bowl and using a fork, whip the eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a medium skillet and cook eggs until light and fluffy. (Watch how to make scrambled eggs here.)
Mix sugar and cinnamon until well blended.
Spread the remaining butter over lightly toasted bread. (Toast bread lightly in your toaster.) Sprinkle toast with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Top cinnamon toast with scrambled eggs. Sprinkle eggs with additional cinnamon/sugar.
