Delicious Grilled and Marinated Rosemary Pork Chops

Ingredients
  • 4-6 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried crushed rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. Place the pork chops in a large food storage bag. In a medium bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, stirring to mix.
  2. Pour over pork chops, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Turn the bag several times.
  4. Remove porkchops from the bag and lightly salt & pepper.
  5. Grill pork chops about 4 minutes per side, or until the desired doneness

What Type of Pork Chops to Use For Rosemary Pork Chops

We always use bone-in pork chops as they are more tender and flavorful that boneless. You can use boneless pork chops just make sure to buy them a little bit thinner so the cooking time is not longer.

Can You Pan Fry These Pork Chops

Yes,  heat your skillet and add about 1 tablespoon of oil. Add pork chops and cook on each side for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through depending on thickness.

Pork Chop Tips:

Make sure your pork chops are cooked through. Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the chops. The easiest way to check if meat is cooked correctly is to use use meat thermometer. When pork chops reach an internal temperature of 135 F degrees they are considered done.
