Parmesan Crusted Cod – Delicious Fish Recipe the Whole Family will Love
Adding fish to your weekly meal planning menu is easy when you use recipes like this delicious Parmesan Crusted Cod.
Cod is a mild white fish that doesn’t taste “fishy” so even the kids will like it.
When you use Panko bread crumbs the topping comes out nice and crispy. Real mayonnaise gives a nice moist layer that keeps the fish tender and flaky.
You really can’t go wrong when you use fresh cod in your fish recipes. It’s one of the most widely used fish in restaurants and is also one of the most tastiest. Don’t forget the fresh lemon slices to go with your fresh fish recipe.
