Why Use Bone-In Pork Chops
We love cooking with bone-in pork chops as they don’t tend to dry out as much as the boneless do and they have a little bit more flavor. They are also easier on the family food budget.
Use Chicken Broth, Bone Broth or Chicken Stock
Always use your favorite when cooking. We like to use whatever we have on hand.
