How to Cook Easy Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup
Easy Steps:
STEP 1. Toss everything in your crockpot with the exception of the cheese. Cook on high for 3-1/2 to 4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
Add additional broth if needed.
STEP 2. Shred the chicken with two forks right in the crockpot. Squeeze the juice from about 1/2 of a lime into the soup and stir.
