How to make a quick & delicious chicken alfredo flatbread with steamed broccoli for lunch or a yummy snack for the kids. Everyone loves flatbread pizza and now you can make one quick and easy at home for a yummy snack.

Ingredients Needed for Chicken Alfredo Flatbread:

  • 1 premade flatbread
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce (either jarred or homemade)
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

How to Make Easy Chicken Alfredo Flatbread:

  1. Spread the alfredo sauce over the flatbread.
  2. Add the shredded chicken first, and then then steamed and chopped broccoli.
  3. Top with grated Mozzarella cheese
  4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and ingredients are heated through.
  5. Serve immediately.

Note: Depending on the size of your store-bought flatbread, the ingredient quantities may need to be adjusted.

To make a quick homemade flatbread crust, try this simple recipe with a few simple ingredients:

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
    Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix well using a spoon or your hands. The dough will be sticky at first, but continue mixing until it comes together and forms a ball.
  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  3. Divide the dough into smaller portions, depending on how many flatbreads you want to make. You can typically make about 4 to 6 individual-sized flatbreads with this recipe.
