What Ingredients Do I need for This Pizza Recipe?
2 cups gluten-free flour
4 medium eggs
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
4 oz. sliced pepperoni
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups pizza sauce
1 small can sliced mushrooms (can use fresh)
1 small can sliced olives

Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 2 cups water
- 4 medium eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 4 oz. sliced pepperoni
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups pizza sauce
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 1 small can sliced olives
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425

Spray a rimmed cookie sheet with nonstick spray.

Mix flour, water, eggs, salt, garlic powder and pepper in bowl.

Pour mixture into cookie sheet.

Top mixture with pepperoni

Bake 20 minutes on lower rack

Add the sauce, veggies and cheese on top

Bake 10 more minutes on top rack

Carefully pour mixture into a rimmed cookie sheet. Add pepperoni and bake for 20 minutes on the lower rack.

After pizza is baked for 20 minutes, add sauce, toppings and cheese. Bake for 10-15 additional minutes.
