easy creamed spinach

Make a quick and delicious cheesy white sauce! Melt the butter and then slowly whisk in the flour.

Easy Creamed Spinach Tips:

Let the frozen spinach sit on your kitchen counter for a few hours or leave in the fridge all day to thaw. You can also thaw it quickly by popping in the microwave for a few minutes. Always make sure to squeeze most of the water out of the spinach after it’s thawed.

Grate your own cheese if possible. Cheese that you purchase in bags has a coating to help prevent sticking. Unfortunately, it can also help prevent melting. We sure hope you enjoy this easy creamed spinach!  Just let us know!
