Crockpot BBQ and Pineapple Chicken Thighs

Crockpot BBQ and Pineapple Chicken Thighs

One of our favorite chicken thigh dishes is probably one of the easiest dinners you will ever make! We love this simple recipe with tangy BBQ sauce and the sweet and snappy pineapple.

Serve over rice with a side of roasted broccoli for a healthy and delicious dinner. Try a mixture of chicken legs and chicken thighs; both will work just fine for this recipe.

We like to brown the chicken thighs first in a little bit of oil for that bit of extra flavor. Just heat oil in a skillet and brown the chicken pieces for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Lightly salt and pepper chicken before browning.

You will love the flavor of tangy barbecue sauce mixed with sweet and delicious pineapple. This simple dish is full of flavor and is easy to prepare when you have a busy day or a day when you don’t have time to cook.
