EASY KID'S MEALS It's so easy to make meals for kids fun. Try the meal below, adding fresh steamed broccoli and small white potatoes. Make sure to have plenty of ranch dressing and let the kids dip their entire dinner including the broccoli! |
EASY HEALTHY CHICKEN FINGERS
Whisk eggs in a second shallow dish. Add chicken tenders and turn to coat. Transfer each tender to the almond mixture; turn to coat evenly. Place
chicken on the sheet and coat with cooking spray; turn and spray the other side. Makes 4 servings |

QUICK & EASY CHICKEN PARMESAN 4-6 frozen breaded chicken patties Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package directions. In a small saucepan, heat the sauce until it comes to a light boil; reduce heat and keep warm until ready to use. While the noodles are cooking, place chicken patties in a casserole dish and bake for 10 minutes. Flip patties over once and continue baking for another 8 minutes. Remove from oven and pour hot sauce over patties and top with mozzarella cheese. Return chicken to the oven and continue baking a few more minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve over warm pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. |

KID'S CRUNCHY BAKED CHICKEN 3-4 lbs. chicken thighs & legs 1/4 cup butter, melted Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine egg and milk in a shallow bowl and whisk lightly. Dip each chicken piece in egg then place in the bag and shake until well coated with onion mixture. Place chicken in a greased 13 X 9" baking pan and drizzle with butter.
