These deviled eggs are perfect for Easter or any holiday that you want to make things a little special. Classic deviled eggs are delicious enough, but these ham & asparagus eggs put the D in Deviled and Delicious!
Everyone loves deviled eggs, but the addition of ham takes them over the top. You can leave out the asparagus if you like, but don’t leave out the ham bits.

Easy Steps to Deviled Eggs with Ham
STEP 1. Start with a hard boiled egg that has been peeled. Slice the egg in half lengthwise using a sharp knife.
STEP 2. Gently remove cooked yolks and place in a bowl. Place cooked egg whites on a plate
STEP 3. Mash the cooked yolks with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard and salt & pepper.
STEP 4. Gently fold in the ham and asparagus bits.
STEP 5. Using a spoon, fill each egg white with filling. Display Deviled eggs with ham on a pretty holiday plate.

- 6 medium eggs - hard boiled
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- salt & pepper
- 2 cooked stalks of asparagus, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup finely diced ham

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and gently remove the cooked yolks.

Place yolks in a small to medium bowl, and place the whites on plate.

Mash the yolks using a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

Gently fold in the ham and asparagus.

Fill each egg white with small spoonfuls of filling.

Place on a pretty serving platter.

How to Hard Boil Eggs for For Deviled Eggs with Ham
Place eggs in a medium sauce pan and cover with cold water. Turn heat to medium high and bring water to a boil. When water starts to boil, reduce heat until you get a rolling simmer. Put a timer on for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 1 minute. Drain and fill pot with cold water and let eggs sit until slightly cooled or about 2 minutes.
Peel eggs immediately and use or store unpeeled eggs in the refrigerator for up to a week. Cool eggs and wipe dry with a paper towel. Place hard boiled eggs in an airtight container.
