Cajun Green Beans Recipe
We love fiber-filled green beans, but let’s face it, sometimes they can be a bit boring! Not these yummy Cajun Green Beans that take only about 10 minutes to prepare, yet will be gobble up in seconds at the dinner table.
We love the McCormick brand of Cajun seasoning that is not too spicy .. almost perfect. Cajun seasoning is a great spice to have on hand and can spice up chicken or pork for dinner.

We love cooking with small amounts of chicken sweet Italian sausage to add flavor without a lot of fat. If you love chicken sweet Italian sausage as much as we do – you will love our sausage, rice and beans dinner.
Keep an eye on the green beans as they are cooking. This is similar to making a stir fry, you want to keep stirring the beans often and not use a lot of liquid.
Add additional Cajun seasoning or salt if desired. You can also cook some baby red potatoes until tender and add those to the pan as well. Just add some additional oil and butter.
