- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped (plus more for garnish)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
