- Refrigerated cheese tortellini
- Pasta sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Ricotta cheese
How to Make Tortellini Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook tortellini according to the package instructions and drain well.
- Place 1 cup of the sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Layer ½ of the tortellini in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Drop ½ of the ricotta cheese by the spoonful into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese, and top that with ½ of the remaining sauce.
- Add the remaining tortellini, followed by the remaining ricotta, sauce and finally the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes and remove from the oven. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
