Step 1. Spray each cup with a light spray of your favorite cooking spray. Also add a few drops of oil as well if you would like but it’s not necessary.

Step 3. Put a couple of inches of water in the pan and bring to a light boil.
Step 4. Cover with the lid and let this cook for about 1 minute.
Step 5. Turn the heat off, but leave the egg pan on the burner. Let the steam gently cook
