Dutch Oven Pork and Sauerkraut

Browned pork roast with buttered brown sugar. Delicious tastes when blended, and even better when mixed with your favorite sauerkraut.

You can also add some apple slices to the dutch oven as well. Just peel two fresh apples, slice and add to the pot with the sauerkraut.

Raw Pork Loin Roast

What type of Pork Works Best for This Recipe?

For this pork recipe, we prefer a pork loin roast.  Cooked on lower temperatures for less time, the pork roast does not dry out and pairs perfectly with the sauerkraut.
