DAY 1’s Cena de Mexico was this week’s top pick. It is quite a different dish, and we think that is why the taste-testers liked it so well. Don’t forget to warm the picante sauce in the microwave so you aren’t putting icy cold picante over your nice warm dinner. Also, the Fiesta Salad is a great side dish for any Mexican or Tex-Mex dish.
This Week….
DAY 3’s Chicken Piccata is a delicious meal that really takes very little effort. The best part of this meal is the tender chicken so don’t be tempted to over cook as this will cause the chicken to be a bit tougher.
Day 4’s Bangers and Mash is a favorite here in Pittsburgh for St. Patrick’s Day. Use your favorite sausage or a lighter turkey sausage. The sauce should be a light sauce and not too thick. Let us know how it goes and this is a great dish to make for St. Patrick’s Day!
Day 6’s Yummy Cheeseburger Meatloaf is always a hit on the our dinner table. Blending the potatoes with broccoli is a delicious way to get your family to eat more veggies. Who can resist mashed potatoes? This meatloaf makes wonderful leftovers for lunch sandwiches … well if there are any leftovers

Enjoy the Swirled Raspberry Cheesecake this week! It’s not only easy to prepare, but very tasty, too. Try it with other flavors- strawberry is also delicious, and we think peach sounds good, too. If anyone tries it with different preserves, let us know how it turns out.
