DAY 4’s French Dip was this week’s favorite. With as much as the taste testers loved the Pulled Pork, we weren’t surprised that they liked this one also. Dipping the roll in the special juice made the meal a little more fun to eat, too! We even had enough leftovers for lunch sandwiches.

This Week….

DAY 5’s Delicious Tomato Cream Sauce over Linguine was another big hit.  It will definitely become someone in your family’s favorite dish!  Let us know!

We really loved DAY 1’s Saucy Beef Tips over Noodles.  This recipe makes plenty of tasty gravy and can be served over rice or noodles and even mashed potatoes.  We love this recipe for a cold winter’s night.

We tried both real crabmeat and imitation crabmeat for DAY 2’s Crabioli. We actually prefered the imitation- the real (canned) crabmeat wasn’t loaded with flavor. We suppose if we’d have used King Crab, we would have gotten some tremendous flavor, but we were trying to create an affordable meal! However, the crabmeat in the foil packs is a little more affordable and tastier than some of the canned varieties. So it’s up to you- imitation, canned, or jumbo lump crabmeat- we are sure all will produce a tasty meal!

Nothing beats cooking chicken in a crockpot all day and that is what we love about DAY 3’s Crockpot Chicken Burritos.  They are simple to prepare at the end of a long day and are one of our favorites!

Ring in New Year’s Day with Day 6’s delicious Pork chops and Sauerkraut!  Make an easy dinner and start your 2018 with good luck!

This week’s dessert, Sure Bet Sherbet Pie, is so easy and delicious! The “secret ingredient” on the bottom adds a sophisticated flavor to this simple dessert. Enjoy!
