DAY 3’s CrockPot Beef Stroganoff was our favorite meal this week because it is delicious and oh, so easy! This is a great meal to prepare when you just don’t have time to cook!
This Week….
DAY 4’s Tortillas Con Queso y Chilies is best made the day ahead and reheated. We discovered this quite by accident- we had enough leftovers to use for lunch the next day. While the meal was good the day it was prepared, it was awesome reheated! So if you think of it and have the time- make the filling in advance.
The two side dishes we have this week were really great. Tomato Rotini Toss & Awesome Potato Salad. Both were super-simple and delicious.
