Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper, chopped very small
  • 1 cup dry oatmeal
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated onion (not chopped, but grated)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste (or can use 1/4 cup ketchup)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Gently mix together all the ingredients. 

  2. Form into 4 patties.

  3. Grill about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
