Ingredients

  • 3 small Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 2.6 package Tuna Fish
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Crack 3 large eggs gently into a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add milk and a little salt & pepper - whip eggs lightly using a fork.
  3. Sitr in the tuna fish (or canned salmon) if you prefer.
  4. Melt butter in a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and turn the heat to medium.
  6. Using a spatula, push the cooking egg mixture around the skillet (add the cheese just after the eggs start to set) and continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
  7. Add additional cheese on top if desired before serving.
