Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups diced ham
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 (5.6 oz.) packages Knorr's Rice Sides - Chicken Flavored Rice and Pasta Blend
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Using a large skillet with a lid, cook diced ham in melted butter for about 3-4 minutes.

  2. Add water to the skillet and bring to a light boil.

  3. Stir in the rice packets; reduce heat and cover. 

  4. Cook for about 7 minutes.

  5. Remove lid and sprinkle on cheese.  Place the lid back on the skillet and let the cheese melt.
