Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • salt & pepper
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 teaspoons butter

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread and lightly butter. Lay toast on a plate.
  2. Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute to heat up the pan. Add the butter to the pan and let melt.  While the butter is melting, add the eggs, cream and salt and pepper to taste to a small bowl and beat with a fork.
  3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and lower the heat to medium low. Let cook for about 30 seconds and then continue cooking, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  4. Add eggs on top of the toast
