Ingredients

  • 4 cups Romaine and green leaf lettuce (mixed)
  • 1 small cucumber, washed and sliced
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash lettuce and spin dry using a salad spinner or wipe with paper towels.

  2. Carefully cut lettuce using a sharp knife. Lightly toss lettuce with salt and pepper and lay on a serving platter.

  3. Arrange the diced ham, cheese, cucumber and hard boiled eggs on top.
