- Romaine and green leaf lettuce
- Cucumber
- Diced ham
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Hard boiled eggs
- salt & pepper

- 4 cups Romaine and green leaf lettuce (mixed)
- 1 small cucumber, washed and sliced
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large hard boiled eggs, sliced
- salt & pepper

Wash lettuce and spin dry using a salad spinner or wipe with paper towels.

Carefully cut lettuce using a sharp knife. Lightly toss lettuce with salt and pepper and lay on a serving platter.

Arrange the diced ham, cheese, cucumber and hard boiled eggs on top.

We love using mozzarella or Swiss cheese in our salad. Don’t worry, shredded or cubed cheese works just fine, and if you want to take the taste to another level, warm the ham and slightly melt the cheese. Double Yum.
