
Use these delicious roasted chickpeas for a snack, vegetable tray or topping for a healthy salad.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Rinse chick peas lightly in cold water and let dry on a clean kitchen towel.
Place the chick peas in a bowl and drizzle with oil, curry powder and the juice from the lemon wedges.
Stir to coat the chick peas as much as possible. Lightly salt & pepper to taste.
Spread coated chick peas out in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring once.
