Ingredients

Meatloaf Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1//2 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup dry seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, grated fine
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Topping

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Using a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients and mix gently using your hand.
  3. Spread foil out on a cookie sheet and lightly coat with oil.
  4. Place the mixed meat on the cookie sheet and form into a loaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour then remove from the oven.
  6. Mix together the ketchup and brown sugar and glaze the top of the meatloaf.
  7. Sprinkle with a little extra cheddar cheese.
  8. Put back in the oven and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
