Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced fine
  • 1 24 oz. can Manwich
  • 1 14.5 oz. can beef broth
  • 1 12 oz. box Barilla Pronto Rotini Pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Using a large skillet, brown ground beef and onions until beef is cooked through.
  2. Lightly salt and pepper beef while browning.
  3. Stir Manwich sauce into the ground beef.
  4. Stir in the beef broth and mix well.
  5. Turn the heat to medium high and add the rotini pasta.
  6. Stir well to make sure all the pasta is coated.
  7. Simmer for 7-10 minutes, stirring often.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
