Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 8-10 Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 3 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cups Spaghetti Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Turn on the Sauté function on your Instant Pot. Add the olive oil and heat for about 30 seconds.

  2. Add the ground beef & cook until the beef is no longer pink. This takes about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and stir.
  4. Stir in the spaghetti sauce
  5. Add the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, tomato paste and heavy cream.
  6. Break up the lasagna noodles and add them into the instant pot, pushing them down into the liquid until just submerged under the liquid. Don't stir or mix.

  7. Put on the Instant Pot lid, set it to sealing and cook on Manual High Pressure for 6 minutes.
  8. At the end of pressure cooking time, quick release the pressure.
  9. Remove lid & stir in both cheeses.
  10. Serve while hot.
