
This is a quick and delicious dinner that uses Knorrs Side Dish Rice packets to get dinner on the table in no time.
Melt butter with the olive oil in a large skillet with a lid.
Over medium-high heat, cook chicken thighs on both sides until well-browned.
After both sides are well browned, cover; reduce heat and let cook for about 5-6 minutes.
Remove chicken to a plate and add the onions to the skillet. Cook onions for about 3-4 minutes.
Add packages of Knorrs Rice and peas to the skillet along with 4-1/4 cups of water. Stir and bring to a light boil. Sprinkle rice with Parmesan cheese.
Reduce heat and add the chicken back to the skillet.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
