Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Organic chicken breasts
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups water
  • 2-3 carrots peeled and cut into pieces Depends on the size
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 small onion, cut in half
  • 1 or 2 teaspoons organic soup base
  • few sprigs rosemary and thyme

Instructions

  1. Just toss everything in a medium-sized pot and bring to a light boil. 

  2. Cover; reduce heat and simmer gently 8 -12 minutes.

  3. Remove chicken from the pot and let cool before cubing or shredding.
