
Make this healthy salad loaded with nutrients from the lettuce, cucumbers and blueberries.
Wash the lettuce and let dry. Make sure the lettuce is dry before adding to a large bowl or platter. Toss lettuce with salt & pepper.
Mix half of the cucumbers and blueberries in with the salad.
Put the rest of the cucumbers and blueberries, along with the feta cheese on top of the salad.
Sprinkle top lightly with salt and pepper.
