Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken Thighs
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 3/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder and paprika. Let sit for about 20 minutes.
  2. Using your cast iron skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the pan, skin side down and let cook for about 12 minutes without turning.
  4. Flip the chicken and let cook on the other side for about 12 minutes.
  5. Add the butter and chicken stock to pan then stir in the bbq sauce.
  6. Turn chicken a few times to in sauce and let cook on medium-low for about 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
