chicken thighs

You can purchase a package of boneless chicken thighs at your grocery store or you can buy chicken thighs with skin and remove the skins yourself. Just lay chicken on a plate and gently tug at the skins until they pull off. It’s cheaper to purchase chicken with the skins and remove them yourself.  You can also read more about how to buy the best packaged chicken.
