Ingredients

MEATBALLS:

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon dry onion minced
  • 1 larage egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste

SAUCE:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preparation Instructions:
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Soak breadcrumbs in milk until the milk is absorbed.
  4. Mix all meatball ingredients in a large bowl until well combined
  5. Roll mixture into balls and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 30-40 minutes until cooked through
  7. Prepare the sauce by melting butter in a skillet over medium high heat
  8. Whisk in flour and allow to brown
  9. Add in broth and Worcestershire sauce then cream
  10. Reduce heat slightly and allow sauce to thicken
  11. Season to taste
  12. Add meatballs to skillet and coat with sauce
  13. Garnish with parsley, serve, and enjo
