How to Make Baked Swedish Meatballs
Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Step 2. Soak breadcrumbs in milk until milk is absorbed.
Step 3. Mix all meatball ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Step 4. Roll mixture into balls and place on baking sheet. This can easily be done by using an ice cream scoop for measurement.
Step 5. Bake 30-40 minutes until cooked through.
Step 6. Prepare the sauce by melting butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Slowly whisk in flour and let cook for a few minutes. Continue whisking while cooking.
