Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb salmon with the skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons whole seed mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped fine
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Grease a baking dish with oil. Lay salmon in dish skin side down.
  4. Sprinkle salmon with thyme, salt and pepper.
  5. In a small bowl, mix two types of mustard, honey and minced garlic.
  6. Spread the mixture over the top and sides of the salmon.  Let fish marinate for 15 minutes.
  7. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Careful not to overcook.
