- Salmon
- Olive oil – Use
- Dijon mustard
- Whole seed mustard
- Honey
- Dried thyme
- Garlic cloves – finely chop the garlic for the best results
How to Make Delicious Baked Honey Mustard Salmon
Step 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2. Grease a baking dish with oil. Lay salmon in dish skin side down.
Step 3. Sprinkle salmon with thyme, salt and pepper.
Step 4. In a small bowl, mix two types of mustard, honey and minced garlic.
Step 5. Spread the mixture over the top and sides of the salmon. Let fish marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 6. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Careful not to overcook.

Should you leave skin on or skin off of the salmon? We prefer to always leave the salmon skin on. It’s much easier to remove after the salmon has been cooked, but the skin is actually very nutritious and can be eaten.
