DAY 1’s  Apple-Flavored Pork Tenderloin is a nice fall recipe and pork tenderloin is always delicious no matter how you prepare it.

This Week ….

DAY 5’s Simply Delicious Baked Chicken is such a delicious way to make tender and tasty chicken. This is one of our favorite ways to marinate chicken! Quick and easy and very flexible.

You can also simmer DAY 5’s Stove Top Beef Burgundy longer to tenderize the beef. The rule of thumb is- the longer the better! Just make sure to check on it every so often to make sure you’re not burning it.

This week’s dessert, Pumpkin Sheet Cake, is a little lower in calories than a traditional sheet cake. This is a great dessert to kick off the month of October just next week!

Invest in a step counter to encourage more walking! Walking is one of the easiest ways to get started on your way to better health. Step counters are a great way to see how many steps (activity) you get every day to give you some idea of whether you are active or a couch potato. When you buy a FitBit, you get a whole community of people to help keep you motivated!

Here is our favorite pick for step counter –>  FitBit Charge 2
